My inlaws just got back from Disney yesterday I will call them and ask. Boatwrights is one of their favorite places to eat at Disney and they go there on every trip. As far as I know it was open on their New Years Eve trip.

I know it was open for breakfast yesterday, not sure about the rest of the day. I would think it would be.
