How ya doing today??

My job was better today..I got to watch some surveillance videos to try and get a good photo of a guy who stole another guy's check and forged his signature. I got 8 good photos..it was fun

Doing great! Your job is sounding pretty cool...........

Assisted parents today with more household projects--did I tell you I am now an amateur electrician?!?!? My dad has started a "honey do" list for each visit! He assists--mom says he has started looking forward to our visits even more than he did before! My kids are helping my mom with catching up on "spring cleaning"...from like 3 or 4 years ago!

Glad your DS is back to normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think I must go to bed now--the kids are fighting over who is sleeping with me ...and i think they should be in bed by now...........

I don;t know about you, but I was worried as she never came back after she went to Vegas and was getting concerned.

She is okay....except that she is really struggling with her back...


Plus, she is working and has started school.

She misses us all and sends her love and hopes to be back soon

Plus, her best friend moved to Seattle...so she is adjusting to that too

I went to Dr. Scalpelhappy today and he wants to do another surgery. I told him he had to wait until I get back. I leave for home on the 22nd, will be home by the 23rd, have an appt. on the 24th, and he usually cuts me up the day after. So I have something to look forward to when I come back from my trip.

that totally sucks that you probably have to have surgery after vacation. I can just see it now....your family pulling you kicking and screaming out of WDW because you won't want to go home just to get sliced up.

Well, that's what it should be. He's completely ruined one of my favorite tattoos!!!

grrr!!! How DARE he!!! Tell him he needs to pay for you to get it fixed. Man I'd be so mad if a surgery screwed up a tattoo!

So sorry you are having so much stress-- DS(11) had what the Dr called a virus a couple of months ago--took him back two days later because he wasn't better-- finally did a strep culture--guess what???!!!--he had strep!!!! His answer was that the strep was caused by the virus! Sometimes I think they have NO CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!




I tried Beverly--it was on the Europe station BTW--UGHHHHHHHHHH--it tasted like the white part of a grapefruit !(the pith for those of you who are foodies)---and the taste lingered!!!!!!!!!!! I had to find another strong soda to get rid of the taste!!!!!!!!

I would agree that Dr's have no clue sometimes as to what is going on with people. Earlier this year I was convinced I had strep because it was going around my neices and nephews and my mom. I went over to quilt with my mom while she still had it and I ended up sick a few days later. I went to the dr. twice and he said I didn't have strep, when I proceeded to tell my dr that my Mom's dr didn't find her's till he did blood work...he refused to do that fo rme and just told me I had a Viral Infection (what the!?) and I would just have to wait it out but not to go to work because it was highly contagous!! I missed 4 days of work that week! He refused to give me antibiotics. I was so miffed. Anyways, dr's are a joke sometimes! (sorry if anyone reading this is a doctor...just, some doctors don't want to listen to their patients at all and that's just dumb)

I don't think it's fixable (is that a word?) at this point. It's been cut 3 times, going on 4, sliced right up through my daughter's name and cut off 2 letters. It wouldn't be so bad if he'd actually FIX MY PROBLEM!!! But I am starting to believe there is no hope for me . Hopefully the next one will work, cause now he's talking about cutting me in a different spot (which means shaving my head just above my neck). Well, I guess hair will grow back, right? I'm thinking why the heck didn't he just do that in the first place if he thought it would work better? No messed up tattoo...

Oh well, gives me an excuse to get another tat!

Hopefully your doc will be able to fix whatever problem you have THIS time!! He wants to cut where!?!? my goodness!! What exactly are you having surgery on?? (if you don't mind me asking...and sorry if you've already told). I would imagine your hair will grow back. It better!! This guy is just trying his hardest to deform you huh? geez!! Tell him he better get it right this time 'cause if he doesn't he'll have a whole HORD of DISers after him!!
