Ok so I've tried catching up on this thread, but it moves to fast for me . But I did read the beginning which was hilarious and how the trip came about. I cannot wait to read the TR when you get back.

Okay, so I'm kidding around. I have not personally tried it, but like Disneydad said, it's very bitter. We can tell the guys it's delicious, and have them try it...I'd like to get a picture of it, but the only way that will happen is if we start them off with some other ones, and just say we are taking pictures of every one and captioning them afterwards. Sound like a plan?

I didn't know you guys were homeschoolers! No wonder I like you!

It was a tough thing for me to admit to myself that I wouldn't do a good enough job schooling them. Its one of those things where if you screw up there is no second chance. We have them at a very good prep school here so we are happy but I could do without the school fees! Yikes!

I am doing okay. Thanks for asking. I am worried that I am getting an infection though as I have a fever now and my pain level has shot way up in the last 2 days. Oh well. I should get it checked though.

You better get to the doctor...hopefully it is a fluke and it's nothing! Please let us know...ok?

well, it is silly...but I have a hard time getting Dh to try new things anyways...if I make him put something nasty in his mouth knowingly it'd probably take him a while to trust me again

that's funny....mine is like that too. I guess I never thought about that. If I made him try Beverly, he would probably get mad at first, then laugh about it. Actually he may not fall for it.
He just recently tried honey mustard dressing, and realized he likes it. Also, he tried canned tuna, and realized he likes that too! I was shocked! I can't be the one to make him try it. I think we didn't have any lunch meat one day so he tried the tuna. LOL And the honey mustard was because we were eating hibachi, and for the salad they had either HM or the Japanese dressing (which for some reason the name escapes me).

Hey DDad!!

Hope you have a good trip!!

DS is taking the meds well.. I started him tonight on singulair...in granule form.

I put it on tops of mashed bananas...he was able to see it, and thought it was sugar.....LOL...It is tasteless, and he made a face..he so strange

Took him to pediatrician for his check up and he was the best he has ever been at the drs and was so happy and full of life. She said he is100% better

LeeLee....I am sorry your sons are sick......I hope they feel better soon. At least your trip is 13 days away, so they have plenty of time to get better


DDad..My sil was at Disney and before she left the resort, she booked her trip for next Sept for Free dining.

So, if they say they don't know what you are talking about, asked to speak to someone else or make them get on the phone with reservations line.

Her papers, too, were in her check out papers....(she was staying at Coronado Springs).

That is a shame about the person that was not able to find someone to help her...

I saw some talk about Beverly at Epcot..It is great

Hey Disneydad, It's me Disneymommom using Trentmom's siggie, forgot to change user names, lol. I'm sorry I missed you. I've been so busy here with Trentmom and DGS that I haven't really been on much. I just thought I'd check in before we leave tomorrow for central PA for 4 days and then a 3 day trip home. Sigh.....well I knew this visit had to come to and end. At least I am pretty sure we'll be back up for Christmas. So that gives me something to look forward to.

Well I hope you have a good trip and I will talk to you when I get back and you are back also!!!

It's so funny what some guys will try when they're forced to (aka, too hungry to care). I've gotten my DH to try many things. His Mom is amazed at how many more things he eats now since we've been married. I basically tell my DH "if you don't like it, you don't ever have to eat it again". That's my logic behind it.

That's good that your DH is being more venturous too. maybe it has something to do with the fact that we (us women) will try it and they (them men) don't want to be out-done so sillly.

Just a quick hello to everyone. I have totally enjoyed my trip here to NJ to visit Trentmom and DGS as well as my DS and my family but unfortunately all good things must come to an end. I am leaving tomorrow morning for central PA for four days and then we will start our 3 day trip home. I will no longer have any internet access after tonight so this is it until I get home. I miss you all. Have a great week everyone and will post my pics when I get back. I gave Trentmom a disk I had burned at CVS, 99 cents for up to 200 pics so that she could post the ones you've been waiting for, her with her hair cut and the Mr. Crabby pants from Friendly's, lol. So at least you can see those and any others she decides to post from the CD.

It was the girls' first day back at school and I had to go pick them up!

Here they are this morning!

They are happy to be back but I was so sad today. I miss having them around. My plan was always to homeschool them but I had to finally come to the realization that I'd be really bad at it. So off to school they go.

I've been trying to keep up with your TR, too, and I saw that you had surgery. I hope you're doing better. I've had 3 surgeries in the last 2 months & am supposed to get another one after I come back from Florida, so I kinda know what you're going through. I'm sure it's not the same for us both, but I'm kind of wondering how I'm going to be able to keep up with everybody else. Hoping not to disappoint the kids cause they gotta wait around for mom to catch up, ya know. Anywhoo, you're in my thoughts. I know how hard it is. Hope everything is ok.

I see that our trips will be overlapping, we will be there from the 15th to the 22nd.
