AUGUST Exercise Challenge

As of yesterday, I am at 214/1500.

I am only going to update weekly.

I think this much exercise is a first for me on a weekday work day!:woohoo:

I am late this month, I would like to put in 600 minutes by the end of the month.

I put in 45 min today....at least it is a start!:rolleyes1

20 more on a quick (humid!!!) walk this morning on break.

Hopefully I can get moving tonight on the treadmill for some more.
 
Walked 30 minutes yesterdat ~ new August total is 240/1400 Typically, the more I sweat, the more productive I feel the walking is. However, with this humidity, I start sweating within 2 minutes :scared:
 
Another 45 minutes for me! 35 on the tread and 10 bicep curls (ouch!)
 
For me, mostly just walking/wogging time and stretching after this week for 220/1200.

Way to go everyone! :banana:
 
20 minutes walking 14 city blocks today and 30 minutes on the ellptical puts me at 370/1000.

I think I got everyone to here. If your number isn't right, let me know. Math isn't my strong suit. ;)
 
Alright ladies & gents, I worked out last night and then did yard work. With that I'm now at 60/600. I know I need to get my butt, among other things in gear. : - )
