WEll I am pooped! This morning I rode my exercise bike and then went swimming in the pool. While I was in there I exercised without my son knowing he thought I was just playing and having silly challenges! SO tongiht after dinner he invites me to bike ride much to his surprise I said SURE!

Well, we were at my son's camp all weekend and did so much hill walking, in addition to a 40 minute walk each morning. I am calling it only 1 hour at the camp each day, so 200 minutes total from Friday through Saturday. Hoping to get in a WATP tape tonight, but this is it for now.

I think I got everyone's minutes to here, and hopefully showed the color changes for progress. If I didn't please do not hesitate to pipe up and ask me to fix it!
 
Started off pretty well-153 minutes. So I'm now 153/1050.

Hi all. I think this is really great. Can I join in? I am planning a weekend trip to Disneyland in October and a one-week trip to WDW in May 2008 and I want to be in shape!

I'm starting in a little late this month and am not in shape so I will put myself down for 800 minutes and see how I do (I love a challenge).

Sorry, I haven't posted my exercise for the month yet.

Friday: 40 Minutes
Saturday: 90 Minutes
Sunday: 80 Minutes

So far for August 210/1400
 
I'm checking to see how everyone is doing. I will post up my minutes when I can get back to my log book and check. I'm thinking that the minutes are not quite what I expected them to by by now so I know I've got to pay closer attention to my goal.

I have to ask a HUGE favor! If you can put your total to date each time you post, I can use the most recent posts to update just once per poster. UGH! I don't know how to explain it, but if you put your total in your post, that will be SOOO helpful to me and I will be able to update pretty frequently. We have a lot of challengers (WOOHOOOO!!!! :woohoo: ) so this will make it so much easier for me to do the updates. Thanks, everyone! :grouphug:

But I would like to be down for 1000 mins.

So my total so far is 180/1000.

Did 4 miles (43 mins) this morning. This brings my August total to 23/125 miles (310 mins).
