AUGUST Exercise Challenge

Okay, apparently the updates I did Tuesday night at home didn't "take" -- not sure why? :confused3
Hopefully, I got everyone caught up (see, I told you guys I am not great at this. But my intentions are good! ;) )
If your number or color in the first post isnt' correct, please send me a PM or post here and I'll correct it.
I will be out of town and unable to update until Monday (starting late tonight). I am sure there will be lots of minutes to add come Monday! Keep moving everyone! :cool1: :banana:
 
Another 195 minutes for me this week, so I'm up to 348/1050.
 

Thursday, August 9

Swimming laps: 40 mins.
Water Aerobics: 50 mins.

TOTAL: 555/1400
 
30 on the treadmill for me today!

365/800
 
Okay not great this week but not too bad either - I'm at 325/1000!
 
40 more minutes for a total of 390/1200.
 
I really wanted to commit to 1000 minutes, but rather than set myself up for a disappointment, I am going to aim at 500 minutes. With starting late, and having to take DS to college at the end of the month, I want to at least have a resonable goal.

So, 500 it is!
 
Friday, August 10

Swimming laps: 40 mins.
Water aerobics: 20 mins.

TOTAL: 615/1400

61 minutes on the treadmill gives me: 439/1500

I really need to pick up the pace. I had a pinched nerve in my neck this week and I lost 3 days of exercise because of it. I may have to do the 1 mile WATP or something tonight.
