AUGUST Exercise Challenge

I am at 540/1500 min. :banana:

I have done 2 dance classes, swimming, walking and pickleball, so I am keeping myself moving! :yay:

Today I did another 45 minutes on the treadmill starting at 4:15am (I have to be to work at 7am). I pretended that I was walking around the lake at Coronado Springs Resort.

My accumulated total is: 90/800
 

40 more minutes today, for a total of 295/1200.

Sorry for being a latebloomer, but I'm down for 1400 this month! (Down from 1800 from last month- don't want to hurt myself before our big trip! LOL!)

I'm already at 180/1400- it's a start, I suppose!

Did 2 miles (30 mins) this morning & 3 miles (43 mins) this evening. This brings my total to 31/110 miles (428 mins). I am at 28.18% of goal.

I didn't get anything in yesterday so I had to do a little more today.

Walking: 30 mins.
Swimming Laps: 40
Water Aerobics: 20

TOTAL: 465/1400
 
55 more minutes today, for a total of 350/1200.
