"Around the World" Transportation Chart

Last year, I copied an excellent transportation chart from somewhere on here that basically gave the best way(s) to get from each park to the next place you wanted to go. Of course, I can't find that now! Does anyone have this? Or even know what I'm talking about?

The only chart I know of is in the Unofficial Guide to WDW. I've never seen one publicly on the Internet.
