April Exercise Challenge - Time to Bunny Hop!!

I started off slow--Then I got in the Rhythm

April 2--Off
April 3--Off
April 4--66 min Running and 120 Min Splitting Wood
April 5--41 Min Running and 60 Min Splitting Wood

We lost several trees over the winter and a lot of my exercise the next couple of weeks will be cleaning them up. At least I can be productive while staying fit.

I'm on the record here for 600 minutes. I'm just getting back into placing exercise into a new work routine.
 
Is it too late to join in? Much to lose and no one here to work out with! Keeping track with others might keep me honest!

I've found that it really does help. I think I slacked off one month last year and ended up logging soemthing like 400 minutes in the last week so I could make my goal!

I'm a former-dancer-turned-fatty who needs to finally get off her tookus and get healthy again. Publicly admitting it's the first step, right? :thumbsup2

I did 20 minutes of J. Michaels 30 day shred and 17 minutes of Wii Fit yoga and aerobics this morning before church. I am hoping to add another 23 minutes of something later on tonight, but I have plans this afternoon, so it will have to wait.

I am up to 232/500....................P

I managed to squeeze in a 20 minute brisk walk with the kids that evening, so that brought me to 252/500 as of Sunday.

Yesterday I did just 30 minutes on the treadmill in the morning and the JM video in the evening (20 min). That brings me to 302/500 on Monday.

This morning I did the JM video again (20 minutes) followed by 15 minutes of Wii aerobics (LOVE the new boxing game I unlocked!). So as of right now I am up to

337/500


I can't believe how much this challenge is keeping me motivated to KEEP MOVING! Thanks to the OP for hosting. I really appreciate it! (And it looks like I will need a more challenging goal for next month!)..............P

updating from the weekend...I am at:

I can't wait for the warmer weather so I can start taking brisk walks outside....its only 33 degrees today :sad2:

Oh I want to join in. Not sure what to put my goal at, because I never keep track so I will put it at 1000. Now I have to think of what I have done so far this month - 240/1000.

Well, a good start at least with 90 minutes of walking this evening. It wasn't fast, mind you, but it was movement for the purpose of moving.
