On Friday I did 31 minutes of Wii Fit Yoga and aerobics. On Saturday I did 60 minute on the treadmill and 3 minutes of abs. On Sunday I did 20 minutes of JM 30 day Shred video and 40 minutes of Wii Fit yoga and aerobics. That brings me to.....
