I work in high level finance and have a small bookkeeping business on the side. I find myself more and more thinking about the bookkeeping business while I'm at work. I don't advertise and all my current work is by word of mouth. I'm considering pushing that side and see if anything comes of it. If I'm gonna work outrageous hours every week like I am now I want the fruits of my labor to go in my basket not someone else! 
My DW is also a SAHM and has an accounting degree also and does most of the input work and I do the review and adjustments. This would allow me to still work FT and do this part-time for a little while to see if it takes off.
