Annual Pass question

Hi,

I just purchased AP yesterday and got E-ticket. Does anyone know how to use to get to the passholder section of Disney.com?

I got a physical voucher in the mail not an E-Ticket, so I'm not sure if that one has ID numbers on it... But if it does, you'll need to add those numbers to your profile on the official Disney site.
If it doesn't, I'm not sure if you'll be able to get into the Passholder site.

Mine didn't ask for a date, it defaulted to December 31, 2030 with the voucher.
Oh wait, looking at it it does have the date I purchased it on there.

Thanks again. Tried the default date and still can't enter the pass. Guess I'm stuck with telephone stuff. A bummer but I will live through it.

I have the same problem. I wrote to Disney guest services and they said you can no longer use a voucher (which is what the E-Ticket is) to get access to the AP site. Very annoying!
