I['m going into NYC tomorrow to stay overnight so my sister and I can get in line for LIVE with Regis and Kelly at 7AM on Monday. Regis will not be there but CHRIS is going to perform.

Don't think this has been posted yet, but I may have missed it. I heard on the radio that Chris is being asked to join the group Fuel as one of their lead singers. Good band!

Not sure if this was posted yet, but there was something I found kind of funny from one of Katharine's hometown radio interviews. Supposedly Kat was asked if she was shocked she was safe, and Kat said she was a bit, but that she also thought that Chris may be leaving because of DialIdol.

Looks like the Idol's look at DI results too, I find that pretty funny.

That would explain the look on Taylor and Elliott's face during the elimination from the love song night when Ryan told Taylor and Elliott they were safe first while leaving Chris, Kat, Paris and Kellie on stage. Then when he told Chris and Kat they were the top two vote getters the look on Taylor and Elliott's face was funny - like "huh?" I know Taylor was in first place according to Dial Idol that week - wasn't Elliott ahead of Katherine and Chris that night too?

Why would they do that? Makes absolutely no sense. Chris isn't good enough of an actor to have looked that shocked.

Is his contract out in October? I thought it was three months after he was booted. That would make it August (or after the tour). Does the tour end in October?

The top 10 are contracted for the tour. After the tour. That goes into September. I remember reading that the contract goes through a date in early October, presumably just in case they have some problems with tour dates and have to reschedule.

I wondered too, when I posted about Fuel, about Chris's contract with AI. I wasn't sure how long they went until, but I think if Fuel has already parted amicably then what is waiting a few more months to get a GREAT lead singer, right?

Not to mention the publicity and fan base he'll bring from Idol, that no other potential lead singer could provide!

Another factor may be with regard to whether Chris will sign a new contract to be managed by 19 Management. In that case, they can readily agree to dismiss the current contract, and let him start workign with Fuel immediately, even before the AI tour, if both side are amenable to that.

Can someone post all the song choices again in one post? I keep seeing reactions to Elliots songs but I guess the titles have been deleted or something. I went back a dozen pages but only saw something like Paulas choice for Elliot is: and then blank yet everyone is going WOW!!!! Clue us all in please!!
