Received this email today, not sure how it will effect existing reservations with a pickup after the 6/16 date referenced, but appears as though the Insider's Free Extra Driver perk is no longer

Not sure how this will relates to those codes that include extra drivers (Car&Driver for example).
Didn't receive an email from National, no idea if they will also follow this new policy.
