? about flying with only carry-ons

If a pkg. of glow bracelets fit into the 3-1-1 bag, is it ok?
I have 4 daughters and they love those things but we are flying from NH only using carry-ons. Is it OK?

Yes, this will be fine.

As long as they fit in the quart bag they are fine. If they don't you have to leave them at home .

I don't carry them on because officially they have liquid inside of them, and the ounces aren't marked. Same problem as the tiny snowglobes...the tiny ones don't have 3 oz in them, but they aren't marked, so they can't be carried on.

I'm sure there are plenty of TSA agents who would be fine with it, but we've already gotten some extraordinary good will and kindness from some TSA agents and I don't want to push my luck.
