We can't ever make rope drop either (unless we have a character breakfast). It's just not worth the amount of effort I'd have to put in to make it happen. I am usually up and sipping my coffee but making everyone else get up and rush = no fun for any of us!

Never have done a rope Drop in all of our 12 trips. We did one year go to the Early Morning Hour at MK before the days of EMH and I filmed rope drop from inside the park it was the funniest thing, They announced no running but as soon as the rope dropped hundreds of people charged forward and down Main St

My thoughts exactly...I am glad you're enjoying the TR. I feel like a ramble and don't make much sense...that's my lack of sleep perhaps This trip we were closing down the parks (which there is 10pm) so the last thing you want in the morning is a bunch of grumpys

So you have your Saga of Bob, I'll call mine Saga del Brian...he's already started with the WE ARE NOT DOING DISNEY NEXT YEAR I just can't with him..seriously, every year he talks me out of my happy place...not gonna happen nope nada no way...thems fighting words...

On the changing front...miss HRH has decided 2 CL rooms would be better...it may be cheaper too...decisions decisions...

The interview is for a different emergency room closer to home, I'm done with the games right now...it may be same ole thing but its something different..we are agreeing to plan the vacation as a family...we shall see...it Has to be Disney!!!

Thanks Melissa I haven't decided whether I really want to try another new place..but it doesn't hurt to go for the interview...you never know right???

Attempting to pick up where I left off..after Publix we returned to Portofino, and got our swimsuits on to head to the pool..and it began to rain..of course. But the rain didn't last long at all. Just a quick Florida T-storm. We changed, to head back to the parks but now I can't remember which one we went to...ugh. I need to keep a notebook. I think we had pizza AGAIN. This trip could be renamed the trip of many pizzas I really think we did just a few rides, but headed back since we had breakfast reservations in the morning

Bright and early Sunday morning we had reservations for breakfast. We had done the Confisco Grille breakfast (which is no more...) and the kids loved it. And the price wasn't bad, pre-paid for all 7 (and you are not allowed to tip) was just over $100.

It's "different" you pick up tickets at the front gate, and you also get tickets for a special parade viewing area for 5pm. The breakfast was in Universal, and it's at a counter service restaurant. You pick which meal you'd like (and they do special request/substitutions too) in a quick service type queue, then the wait staff carries the food to the table. The hostess/character handler was great. She introduced herself and really kept us laughing. The food was good, and drinks were replenished quickly. The character interaction was incredible. Kate wanted nothing to do with taking pictures, but Maddie did. Gru and Brian bonded as they are both bald guys...and Diego was very silly...

Sorry to here you guys are not talking, one of the things Bob and I fuss over is his inability to discuss anything. I love to argue and win but he just buries his nose in a book and drops all conversation. He des not like any type of confrontation, I on the other hand am the "Mouth"

Lol ... Oh Sheila, love the "mouth" remark! My DH too is the quiet one and shies away from confrontation .. And I can definitely have a mouth at times! Lol!

Like Lacey and you all, we are not Rope drop people ... We are close down the parks people

Lacey, I'm up early, and it's a favorite time of mine to walk to the food court, get my diet come and relax
