$86 RT select cities to TAMPA

Just visited Travelocity and found an $86 fare from Providence to Tampa/St. Pete from Aug thru at least Dec. Would be worth a 2 hour drive! Hope my eyes didn't deceive me!inkbounc

I had been looking for tickets for my parents from Orlando to Manchester, NH last week and most of them coming up were 209.00 or so for RT for their dates in November...I then realized that by switching them to Tampa instead saved about 100.00 off each airfare...I booked them both from Tampa to Manchester for 82.00 RT each!! I couldn't believe it!! Also it is only 45 minutes from their house, so that is not a problem!!

What an incredible deal just by changing airports!!

2 weeks ago I also changed from MHT to TPA ( rather than MCO ) and got tickets round-trip
with delta.com for 95.76 per ticket traveling Dec 1 - 15... That save me a bundle.. Yippe..

I've never had the drive take 2 hrs.

Usually about 90 minute drive...last time it only took me about 75 min.

Just wanted to let you all know that in addition to the Travelocity fares for MHT to TPA, Southwest is offering $75 roundtrip tax included. We just booked this fare 2 days ago so I can confirm this fare is currently available!! Hurry up if you're interested - I'm sure that these seats will be snatched in a hurry when the news gets out.
Also, if anyone is interested in flying out of BDL, the same price is available to MCO!!!

looks like southwest is still offering "internet only" specials.....

even though they said they were over at 12 pm midnight PST yesterday

so if you thought you missed the opportunity ..... there are still good fare rates available if you airport is serviced by Southwest
