Cruise Related! I was gone when everyone was booking their excursions....And....who's doing the Seahorse Snorkel? We are on the Seahorse snorkel on the first CC day at 1:15 and on the 2nd CC day at 9:15.Wheeeeeee.

We (eeeee) are on Seahorse day one at 1:15 and day next at 9:15 but seriously thinking of letting the 9:15 time slot go....

Should we do this as a family? My kids (9 and 11) don't like scary rides, but they do like most water rides. What do you think?

Try searching the main thread for banannannna boat - but spell it better than I can type

I recall a thread prior to my November cruise where lots of folks posted their experiences.....

Not sure where that road is, we are in Sandy Springs, north of Atlanta just off the 400N.

Hey,
Its where 400N meets 407. Around that area. Yes Sandy Springs is real close to that area from what I can see on the map.

Hello!

Cruiser wife and I were talking last night, saying "wouldn't it be nice if we met up with some other nice cruisers w kids" on this trip. This seems like the place to do it!

We're in Nashville, TN. Son's a baseball fanatic; wife loves Seinfeld, Palo and massages on Castaway Cay; I'm a drummer and magazine editor.

Looking forward to meeting all you fellow Cruisers!

NAP

Welcome NAP!!!
This is a great group of fellow cruisers---glad you found us and decided to jump in!!!
We were in Nashville last November--loads of history there! We had a grand time exploring.

We also look forward to the CC massages...never been there or done that!

Please do your best to make sure that April 9-12 is one of the 'hot' weeks... I just got word that I have a meeting in Philly... I know how 'spring' can be in the Northeast & MidAtlantic... late season blizzards are NOT that uncommon!!!!

(Then, two weeks later, its a wedding in Boston... I distinctly remember snow in May in 2001... lets not have any late-season precip!!!!) 3 trips before the cruise... that should sure make time fly!!!!! (Or at least it will make ME fly...)

I also have 3 trips before the cruise,
Tomorrow we leave for NC to ski, hopefully there is snow
Monday I leave for Chicago and hopefully there is NO snow
The weekend before the cruise we have a Batmitzvah in Weston FL
and you never know there may be some spur of the moment trips!!

Thanks for the advice! You are right, I guess because of traffic and all we will try and live north of that area. Lot of areas!! Thanks again!!! :woohoo:

Don't go too far north as the traffic going south in the morning is really bad and then again going north in the evening sucks too!!! :teeth:

Hello!

First time poster here--but DW, DS (12) and I will be making our fourth DC on the May 27 Alternative Western. Can't wait! It's a surprise birthday gift to our son (March 30), and we're about to bust keeping it a secret.

Welcome NAP,

for some reason we have kept this cruise a secret from the kids - can't figure out why as this is also there 4th DC and they have been on 2 Carnival. There sure are lots of kids in this group!!!

Julia - don't listen to Karen (OM) she's trying to confuse you. There are 15 posts on a page. Once you have 15 the next one is a TOP!

It doesn't take much..........just Karen!!! :rotfl2:

so if each was a 1 line post it would still only be 15 till the next top??
