Skipper's Canteen...overhyped?

I enjoyed Skippers opening month, enough to book it again two more times over the year...menu was different, and interesting, and higher quality than usually found in MK. But on a 4th visit they had started to Americanize the menu, and I found it all very bland and overcooked. After hearing several other similar comments, I wiped it off my list and haven't been back since.

As for other MK restaurants, I've always enjoyed Liberty and still do. It's not high-end food and not Signature level quality, but it's tasty and plentiful, so it's still my favorite restaurant inside MK (Skipper's had temporarily replaced it at the top when it first opened).
