Cocktails? in parks?

Not a big bar person, But willing to give it a try. With Disney parks opening the new lounges in Epcot & MK. Wondering with menu "can you order a regular cocktail, if the menu ones don't appleal to you? IE: a regular Margarita vs. a "special one" at one the lounges? Are these lounges considered a "full bar" situation or only offering from their menu?

Geo 82 has a full bar so I’d think your imagination can work on full tilt.
They do not have pamplemousse liqueur but that was just me wondering about outside the norm possibilities.

They may not be a completely full bar, in that their liquors might be focused on the ingredients for the drinks on their menu. However, they should be able to make you something 'off menu' as long as they have the ingredients for it.
