Should we do this as a family? My kids (9 and 11) don't like scary rides, but they do like most water rides. What do you think?

First...YEA! We are snorkeling together!!

Our kids were 8 and 11 the first time we cruised DCL...we did the Banana Boats, and they loved it...one boy, one girl. It isn't scary, but they do need to hang on tight, and remember to lean to the inside of the banana boat when it turns, or if they feel like they might fall. We all love it, the faster the better!

BTW...my oldest DD fell off the banana boat while we were there, on the day of her wedding (after the wedding) she was laughing like crazy when the boat turned around to get her!

Welcome, Welcome! Woo hoo! more pre-teen boys - we have a DS11 and DD8. How the heck can ya'll keep it a secret? There were/are plenty of secret keepers on this cruise...I lasted for about 2 minutes after the kids finished school before spilling the beans...

So, if we don't make it to Cozumel will we then be on the Alternative Alternative Western?

That would make it the AA Western.....I think a lot of us definitely do not qualify for an AA cruise!

We (eeeee) are on Seahorse day one at 1:15 and day next at 9:15 but seriously thinking of letting the 9:15 time slot go....

You guys are doing it to me again! I show up, everyone disappears. I'm getting a complex. The DIS is dissing me.

And I should have known better than to have said it was going to be a calmer day. Suffice to say, it wasn't. Please (seriously) pray for my sanity. All I'm going to say is that I got called to the principal's office. I'm running away.

I also have 3 trips before the cruise,
Tomorrow we leave for NC to ski, hopefully there is snow
Monday I leave for Chicago and hopefully there is NO snow
The weekend before the cruise we have a Batmitzvah in Weston FL
and you never know there may be some spur of the moment trips!!

We have two more trips before the cruise......Disneyland next week, and Vegas the last weekend in April. I know...I said I wasn't going again, but my arm got twisted. Yep, uh huh. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

The good part of today was that our dear friend Bob came to take us to lunch. I wasn't going to go, I wanted to just hide in the office and get my work done, but he refused to leave without me. I'm glad I went....he is such a sweetheart, and can always ALWAYS calm me down when I'm upset. His wife Mary went to school with Jay from kindergarten all the way through college. That's a lot of history. It was their oldest son's wedding that we went to a few weeks ago.

If this is your first time, just finishing would be a good time. I could not even finish 1 mile when I started running.

My goal for my first 5K was 28 minutes.

I havent actually gotten to the running stage, just setting my sights high
