Does this mean new hotel reservations made after 2/28 and reservations made before 2/28?

My understanding is that it means any stay which is after 2/28, regardless of when your reservation was made. But I haven't seen anything in writing backing that up.

I've heard that it isn't the hotels doing it, but the port. They won't accept the voucher after the 28th. So even though the hotels probably would be happy to continue giving out vouchers, the port won't accept them. It sucks if you've made your hotel choice primarily for the voucher, but it does free you to make a different choice.
