Nothing like being woke up by your DMIL at 6:00 am on the 1st real full day of vacation 
My DMIL wanted to see what time we could get into MGM . No time like 6:00am to wake me up to ask .I thought I was excited to be in "The World" ! After we all got ready to go to the lounge to grab a bite to eat I realized that I had not made any real plans for the day other then dinner at the Brown Derby . This was the 1st time I had not made a plan . I was worried because I am not just a Disney expert to the family but I am THE DISNEY EXPERT. Now that is some pressure .
We waited for about 15 min. for a bus, the whole time we waited my Dh went out of his way to tell me that he was in awe of the WL. My DFIL kept going on and on about the conceirge staff and how they all knew me when we got there. That made me relax a little bit more.
When we got to MGM we noticed that the parking lot was not very full and that there was hardly anyone getting off the busses from the hotels.
We went right for TOT my favorite ride in the park ! We rode it 4 times in a row and then got a fast pass for later. We ran and I mean rean to the RockN Rollercoaster only to find not a soul there . This was turning out to be a great morning . After riding that a couple of times we went back over to TOT to see how long the wait was. There was NO wait , needles to say the Inlaws were starting to ask why I made them hurry to the TOT 1st thing and I had to explain that there are always waits for these 2 rides.
I asked a Cm why there was no one in the park and he said that because of the bad weather people were just coming out .
Hmmmmmm this would be a good day ! We would have the park to ourself . We rode everythinge wanted to ride and saw all the shows we wanted to see. I forgot how much I loved The Little Mermaid.
We walked into the Brown Derby at noon and asked if we could cancel our PS and eat lunch instead. We were seated in about 5 min. and had a great lunch . I love the Cobb Salad it is a must for me everytime . My Dh and DFIL had steak and shrimp they bother said it was wonderful . The grapefruit cake is awsome if you have never tried it you have to get it !
We came out full and happy .We thought we would just walk around the park and shop and ejoy it since there were no crowds.
They had a great day and I rode the Tower of Terror 14 times that day . I also took some of the best pics I have ever taken of MGM that day .
We were back to the hotel by 3:00 pm . When we walked in to the room we had a basket of treats waiting for us . The best thing was the towel animal that she has made for us. She has made Dalmations chasing cats it was so cute.
We ate a few snacks and then went out shopping at the outlets
