We are looking to go to WDW at the end of Jan 03 to Start of Feb. There are 6 of us (2 teens, 11 and 8). Please recommend BWV or OKW, either STD or Pref view and availability to rent.

With two youngsters who would want some independence while the partents still have the feeling of security, I would recommend one of the Resorts around the Lagoon near EPCOT. The decision would come down to the use of the SAB pool at the Beach Club which is now off limits to all but the Beach Club Resort residents. If the pool is a factor go with the Beach Club, otherwise do the Boardwalk. If it is your fist time at the Boardwalk Resort, opting for the preferred view can be impressive and make for a memorable trip. Yes, the Beach Club Villas are available through DVC. They have only one view--not specified as standard or preferred.
