We go with DD19 and DD17. I load all of the tickets on my DL account. We all sign into my account on everyone’s phones simultaneously. Anyone can book/change LLs on their phones since they are all signed in to my account. This works great for us (I can book LLs for my DDs to use, even if they aren’t physically with us in the same area of the park; they can book LLs as well for themselves or all of us). We can also all mobile order and pick up the orders on the same account. You do have to trust that no one will accidentally cancel a LL or a mobile order or something, but I think this could also happen if everyone had their own DL account and the tickets were all linked across the different accounts. I just find all being logged into my account easier than having my DDs and DH each having their own DL account.Traveling to DLR for the first time and it will be me, DS23, and DD20. I have the DL app and I can see our GCH reservations, our theme park reservations, and it says we have 5 day PH and LLMP. Should they each download and make their own DL app account? Then we link somehow? For our previous trips to WDW, we all shared one MDE account and were just logged into the app at the same time to get LL.
Likely, DS23 will just do all of the rides for us on his phone.
We plan on purchasing MB+ at GCH or DD on our arrival day, and hitting the parks the next morning. I know we will miss being able to charge everything to our room! Can we use Apple Pay from our phones? Can I put Disney GCs in the Apple Wallet? Are there any physical cards that we will need to carry? Any reason to bring cash?
TIA
Most places will allow you to tap your phone for Apple Pay to pay for food/drink/merch. You can also use Apple Pay when doing Mobile Order through the App. I don’t know about your GC question, unfortunately. I always bring one physical credit card and some cash (even though I hate carrying cash). This is in case their tap point is down or if there is some resort-wide outage for taking credit cards/tap payments (which I think would be very rare). Or if my phone dies during the day, so I can’t do tap to pay from my phone (which it will if I am refreshing for LLs etc; therefore I also always bring a portable charger/battery).
