That's great to hear it looks like it worked, and please, can you post back here when you see your rebate as pending? On ebates.com it showed within 2-3 days, not sure how fast ebates.ca will be. You will get the refund in CAD which is to your advantage with the exchange rate the way it is now. You actually get more than 20% back, because of this!

For some reason I thought this deal was good until the end of the week and I was super bummed when I woke up and saw it was over. So, I tried the Canadian site (I'm in the US) and I have a tracking ticket for my Orbitz purchase. Fingers crossed it works out.

Did you need to create a new account on the Canadian site? Because I tried to log in with my US email and password and it wouldn't work. If you did create a new account, they accepted it even though you have a US address?

I did need to create a new account. I used the same email as my US account. They didn't have a problem with my US address, but I asked them to deposit my rebate in my PayPal account because (complete assumption on my part) it seems like that should be easier and quicker than mailing.

That's not a stupid question at all... You can either have it set to go into your Paypal account (it will be in CAD dollars) or, you can have the cheque sent to you. Yes, make sure, everyone, when you sign up for an ebates.ca account to go in and 'set' your preferences for how you would like to be paid, either via cheque, or by Paypal. When you cash the cheque, you will actually get a little bit less money, close to .13 cents less on every dollar, to convert it over to USD. That's considering actual exchange rate, and bank processing fees. Paypal has processing fees as well.

I think that is easiest, too, and definitely is faster.

Thank you to whoever posted about the 20%. I was hesitate to purchase the tickets. I have used ebates before so that wasnt an issue, but didnt know about purchasing vouchers online to redeem for dl tickets. I have purchased tickets in the past for WDW. THese were actual tickets that were sent so I was skeptical about getting vouchers, but then after the great DIS board threads I learned that DL vouchers are offered at several sites so with 20% back and over 200.00 savings, it was a go for me!!
Thanks everyone for posting their experiences!! This is such a great board to prepare our trip in June. This will be our first trip and probably our only one trip out there so we want to make lots of grand memories of visiting DL, beaches and San Diego!!

Just wanted to add my thanks to the OP! I bought 4 4-day park hoppers on Sunday, and my cash back was posted this morning. I hadn't known about the "get an extra day free" offer either, so I saved about $300 all together compared to buying tickets at the gate.

Did you have to do a separate transaction for each person that needs tickets? It's asking to specify the person that will be redeeming the vouchers. Do they need the name of each person that will be using the tickets or just one person to redeem the voucher?

I bought 4 tickets (2 adult, 2 child) in one transaction. They only asked for a name once, just for the person redeeming the vouchers.

DL does not have the finger print scanner. Instead they take your picture the first time you use your tickets and you have to sign the back of the ticket.

I dont know how the Park Hopper system works in DW. All I can tell you is that if you have hoppers for DL and DCA you can just go back and forth btwn the two parks as much as you like. You show your ticket at the turnstyle each time.

Ok great! I thought I read somewhere that you had to get your hand stamped. Glad to know that isn't the case. Do they give you a paper ticket or a plastic magnetic strip card? At DW they have finger print scanners at the gates that tie you to your ticket card.
