For those of you who are also working to get their 20% back through the Ebates/Orbitz deal, I wanted to share the e-mail I recieved from Ebates today. I made my purchase on Feb 20 for 3 park hoppers and 3 character meals, but have still not seen my cash back post. I have been using Ebates for over 10 years, so I know the drill and this is honestly the first time I have had an issue (although some of the smaller amounts in the past I could have missed because I was never watching as closely as this one!). I waited a week before going through the help link on the Ebates site. They then e-mailed and asked for some additional info. I had taken screen shots of whole transaction (thanks to this site!), and then today they asked for more info. Today I sent my confirmation e-mail and the dates I had when my CC was charged (transaction date and post date). I agree with the other poster that its a bit confusing that you don't get a Confirmation Number from Orbitz to provide, but a variety of other numbers instead.
After reading this e-mail, it does sound like an issue with Orbitz not reporting the purchase. Hopefully they can get things cleared up, because I'm feeling really frustrated! I would not have ordered these through Orbitz if it hadn't been for the great deal! Good luck to the rest of you who are also patiently waiting.
