New Disney Ships: News, Rumors, Speculation.....and Names!

The Wish doesn't currently use the Disney terminal in Canaveral, so I do not think that is of major concern to them. They'll add signage and temporary decor, and that'll do.
You’re right she doesn’t use it now but there’s a big difference between launching a brand new fourth wish class out of a non-Disney terminal and having a ship that’s been out for a little bit being moved over.

The wish 100% sailed out of a Disney terminal for more than the first year and the destiny is doing the same and so is the treasure.

I don’t think Disney would have any problem moving the wish to Galveston, but I do think they will not debut a brand new fourth wish class ship in Galveston unless they have a Disney terminal

Is this roughly on schedule for its November maiden sail date? I do not have a good B plan for our late Nov cruise if it’s cancelled.
As a comparison, the Treasure floated out early August and was in New York for its christening ceremony by November 19. It's definitely achievable, and being the third of the class there shouldn't be any kinks to be worked out.

Awesome, thank you! It sounded late, but clearly I have no clue about the normal timeline.

Probably an unpopular opinion but I'm really not at all into the whole Marvel thing. I don't follow it at all and couldn't tell you who the major characters are.

Having said that, we are sailing on the Destiny in January and I'm looking forward to just being on the ship and seeing what Disney has done to differentiate it from the Wish & Treasure.

Not to be that person but I really hate that. Yikes that is a very tight unappealing space- And I say that as somebody who is completely OK in an inside stateroom on the magic or dream class.
There is also a deluxe oceanview stateroom that has the traditional layout (insides are available with these two different configurations as well) with sofa and bed. Only difference from usual ships is that sofa is a sofa bed, not a single bed and bunk above.

The Hercules show will at least give you something not-Marvel to do! And it looks like it'll be a good show
