These things happen at such a young age. Does this mean that Jake won't have to share Dina????? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Nah....he's still playing the field. :rotfl: He has known this girl since they were 2 in PS together. :) There are still several girls on his list. He keeps trying to figure out what order to marry them in since he has accepted that he can't just have them all. :rotfl:

I think we can all fit that in our schedule. :teeth:

We might need more than one session, you know. Some of us are in worse shape than others. :rotfl:

We have kids in our band who are on varsity (as long as they are not starters) who play and march at halftime. They march in their Football uniform with their instrument.

I have always been proud of that fact that the Band director and Football coach can work together like that.

There are several schools in our area that do that as well. It is great!

Just an update on my father-in-law (You may remember he had a stroke a couple of weeks ago).

He is improving...was moved to a regular hospital room a couple of days ago, then moved to a rehab hospital yesterday. :thumbsup2

They had him up and walking and doing other physical tests. He is talking...some say he does not aways make since, but he is not wearing his hearing aids. DW and I think he just is not hearing well, and is responding to what he thinks people are saying. :teeth:

We now feel pretty good about his prognosis. :sunny:

Thanks for all the prayers and cyberhugs from you guys. :grouphug:

Nope, he has no time for it. He is nonstop from the minute the pharmacy opens until it closes. No cushy job for him like I have. :rotfl2: :lmao:

Angie - good job of breaking your long story into several posts...John,take note!!!!

Brandi,

Do you have any idea how LONG that post would have taken if broken up?

Remember, I am the post by myself master, but that would have taken ALL night!

I will try harder next time teacher, I promise!

(now go to the DIS and post 100 times, "I will break up my posts")

NOTE TO ALL FATHERS....

If you have your children at an outdoor activity...and it is dark...mom will begin to get concerned if you don't call her and tell her you're just chatting with the guys and will be home soon. Moms worry about stuff like this. Darkness means children come home.

...can't reach DH and the kids aren't home. Ugh!!
Rule at our house has always been, if you are late and don't call then you BETTER be lying in a ditch bleeding somewhere! Don't worry others for nothing. ;)

Just wait until you meet him, Brandi. Those eyelashes should not be on a boy! He knows how to use them & those big brown eyes too. :rotfl: I tell him that they don't work on me but all I hear from others is about those eyes. :rolleyes1

This is for 87Heel (the rest of you can watch but it won't mean the same to you ..... at least not until next March!)

Thanks, Brack. Happy feeling every time I see that! Even better would be to synch it with Woody's call!
I was a junior in high school in PA at the time; in another year and a few weeks I had my acceptance letter (at the time, there was no early admission, and out of state letters did not go out until April!).

:badpc:

My Internet finally came back up again. Hopefully I still have time to catch up before it dies again! :sad2:

DIS Withdrawal is a sad, sad, sad thing...
