Costco.com has nice outdoor rugs under $75, just bought their cabana stripe rug, very nice quality and quick shipment. Love that if you are not happy with it for any reason you can return to your local Costco for full refund. Check them out!

New Englanders - Lake Compounce Discounts?

Waterbury Costco's had adult tix for $24.99 each about 2 weeks ago. My guess is they still have them, but call member services there and I'm sure they will help. AAA also sells them, but you must pick them up at their offices. My family loves Lake Compounce, very clean and well run park.

    OT: Need some hotel help

Not sure where you are in CT, but there is a place in Danvers, MA called Sheraton Ferncroft & Coco Key Indoor Water Park. You may want to check that out. Lots of other great sights to see in the Boston area to round out a weekend. I've noticed they are building a water park in Waterbury...

Still looking for a good deal on a laptop?

I bought the Vostra 1500 without a tax id number. On the Dell website, selected Small business laptops. I see they still are offering them for $384 off. I used my name as business name (hey, I "consult" about Disney), and purchased with my personal Visa, no problem. It is a very nice laptop...

Boston Disers, knowing about school vacations, would you jump at this?

Just recently learned that our CT public school April break is not the same as our friends we like to travel with who live on the north shore of Boston. Most CT public schools are off April 12-19, 2008, and I believe Mass is the week after. Not sure when RI schools are off, but it certainly...

Newark Airport - best/cheap hotel for one nite

I highly recommend Country Inn and Suites by Carlson in Elizabeth, NJ with free shuttle service to P4 Airtrain station at Newark Airport. I believe from the Air Tram to train station it is a quick, easy and CHEAP train ride right into NY PENN station. See AIRTRAIN NEWARK for details. Country...

AC is the closest airport, followed by PHL if you are looking for flights. Check out CAPEMAY.com and CAPEMAYTIMES.com for lots of great info. Lots of lodging and dining info there. Not sure if a "reasonably priced" vacation in Cape May is possible these days, especially during summer...

    Looking for cheap airfare..Need Help!!!!!

Best bet is probably with Airtran. Check pricing from Stewart-Newburgh with them also (West Point) it you are anywhere near I-84. Only 10 minutes or so further than White Plains, and the parking there was only $60/10 days in April. Good luck and enjoy Savannah!
