I desperately need some encouragement from you guys!
Some background: I have been on WW since mid-October. I lose VERY slowly, which is frustrating, but I am sticking with it. Since the new year, it's been especially slow for me, losing only .4 or .6 per week while following plan and not even using all my flex pts every week. Last week, I used most of my flex points at the suggestion of a friend who is a lifetime member. She thought I was losing so slowly since I don't eat all my FP.
Last night I weighed-in and GAINED 1.8 lbs.! I was so upset. I cried all the way home in the car. I am trying so hard, and not cheating, drinking all my water every day and I can't seem to get anywhere. I have been on WW for 18 weeks and am only down 14 lbs.
Last night after I calmed down a bit, I did some calculations. In the past 4 weeks, I am only down a total of .8 lbs. That really stinks.
I am going to call my endocrinologist this morning and see if he'll check my thyroid numbers. If they are still normal, I have no idea why I am not succeeding here. I used to think simply having thyroid issues, even when under control, made losing weight harder. According to my doc., that is not true.
Any ideas? I can use all the help I can get!
