WW Weekly Weigh-in

I'm down .8 this week. :teeth: Hopefully I'll have another big loss coming up soon!
 
I missed my usual WI at work (I was off this week), so I went to a meeting this AM, and I am down 3.6 lbs.
 
Hey guys I joined last week and started the low carb thing again and I am actually down 5 1/2 pounds. I still have a long way to go. Also I found drinking sugar free kool aid helps when the water gets old.
 
Hi, everyone! I'm new to posting on the WISH boards, but have been a WW member for a couple months now. I thought this board would be another great source for much needed support!

I lost 2 pounds this week for a total of 13 pounds!

I lost 2 lbs on Thursday's wi....So happy that the Superbowl party was not an issue...I was really really good for the rest of the week. I went away to MD for the weekend to visit my Niece & nephew at college and strayed off program. When I go off I really go off----I am now back on track and hope that I can excersize it off b4 wi this Friday! :confused3

I keep looking at all of the losses and it really really inspires me :flower: Congratulations to all of the losers & to all of those who are determined to hang in there :cheer2: :cheer2:

Wow, I can't get over all the success going on in this thread!!!! It is so exciting :Pinkbounc

I just had my WW WI and I'm down .8 lbs. I was pretty bad with eating over the weekend but did a lot of exercise so I'm happy with that loss.

Another .5 lb. for me. Weekends are definately my downfall. A loss is still a loss and I am doing better at logging all my points in and keeping my daily goals in mind even if I don't do them.
 
2.5 this week on WW flex plan. Bringing total since 1/17/05 to 7.5 in 4 weeks.
 
I had my WW WI last night. I lost 1.8 pounds! YEAH!! :banana:

My boss had also given me a box of turtles yesterday for valentines. That box sat on my desk for 1/2 of the day and I kept thinking about them. I put it in my purse and I kept thinking about them. I thought about them on my drive home. I think having WI last night kept me from opening them. They were in my purse when I was at WI and my leader said she would take them to her work and put them in the breakroom. I couldn't do this since my boss gave them to me and would see them. So luckily, my WW leader kept me from eating 6 turtles at 2 points each. That is a total of 12 points I didn't eat! YEAH!

Everyone is doing fabulous!! Lots of weight lost this week! Woo hoo keep up the good work everyone! :cheer2: :cheer2:
 
Well I'm a little disappointed with today's WI, but it was still a loss.

I was down .4 for a total of 37.8 pounds and a weight of 170.2

Was really hoping to get into the 160's this week, but I'm sure I'll be there next week for sure.

I think I have gained this week!

I haven't done anything different except USE my flex points! Would that make me gain?
 
I just weighed in.. I am down 2 more lbs for a total of 10.2. This was my 3rd weigh in. :Pinkbounc
 
I desperately need some encouragement from you guys! :sad:

Some background: I have been on WW since mid-October. I lose VERY slowly, which is frustrating, but I am sticking with it. Since the new year, it's been especially slow for me, losing only .4 or .6 per week while following plan and not even using all my flex pts every week. Last week, I used most of my flex points at the suggestion of a friend who is a lifetime member. She thought I was losing so slowly since I don't eat all my FP.

Last night I weighed-in and GAINED 1.8 lbs.! I was so upset. I cried all the way home in the car. I am trying so hard, and not cheating, drinking all my water every day and I can't seem to get anywhere. I have been on WW for 18 weeks and am only down 14 lbs.

Last night after I calmed down a bit, I did some calculations. In the past 4 weeks, I am only down a total of .8 lbs. That really stinks.

I am going to call my endocrinologist this morning and see if he'll check my thyroid numbers. If they are still normal, I have no idea why I am not succeeding here. I used to think simply having thyroid issues, even when under control, made losing weight harder. According to my doc., that is not true.

Any ideas? I can use all the help I can get!

Kristi, I think it is a very good idea to have your endocrinologist take a look at what might be going on. Hugs to you, and I am so proud of you for sticking with it, even when you are so discouraged. :grouphug:
 
Just weighed myself this morning...down 1.5 pounds. :banana: Not as great a loss as last week, but still at least I'm still losing. I started almost one month ago and in that time, I've lost 5 lbs. Thanks everyone here for giving me the support to keep with it. Since I'm doing WW online, I don't have a group here to help keep me on track. You guys are great!

Kristi, hope you get some answers from the doctor. Please keep us informed.
 
Well I pointed in the amount of choclate that I ate all week, At least a servings worth DAILY for the last 4 days, I didnt go over my points, but figured.. Come on that much choclate.. Im in for a bad week.. Well I got on the scale and I just about fell over..

Down 3.2lbs.. My first reaction was Are you sure thats right? Holy HamHocks Batman!!

And the rest of you are all doing soooo Great!!! Its so great to hear how we are all shrinking!!! Congrats to you "loosers" :grouphug:
 
Well I went last night and got weighed (even though I didn't want to). I was down .6 lbs. which is better than I thought I would be.

I'm going to try to add in some exercise this week to see if that will help. It's supposed to be 50 degrees today, so I should get out and get some air!

Hopefully I can have a better loss this week!
 
Wow...I just love reading the posts for inspiration.....eating chocolate & losing weight...that is my type of diet!

Kristi--I think you definately should get checked out for thyroid problems-- It is amazing that you are so discouraged and you are sticking to the program...that shows great determination! :wizard: Sending pixie dust your way!! Keep us posted.

I stepped up my excersize regimin this week (cause I was really bad over the weekend) and I have been taking Oprah's advise and not eating after 7:30 (Killer for me because I like to eat my popcorn at 10pm and watch soap net at that time!!) We'll see if it works.....I wi on Friday!
