Love it so much, super healthy and low calorie veggie! Today I made Taste of Home Cauliflower Soup recipe, which is delicious. It was a bigger cauliflower so I put a few slices aside and baked them while I made the soup for a snack, the family loves both. We also like it well enough raw with dips or when the baked reaches room temp, but it is better hot.
Some restaurants offer fried cauliflower as an alternative to buffalo wings and I get that when I can with sauce on the side, it is super yummy.
Riced cauliflower is a surprisingly tasty versatile option if a person is cutting calories, a cup is maybe 30 calories with 3-5 net carbs while a cup of rice is maybe 200 calories.
There are also cauliflower disks that can be used as rolls for burgers that we like. The only thing we definitely did not love were the cauliflower tots, everyone claimed they felt cheated lol
