Hi everyone!!! Mind if I join in with you??? I started WW a week ago this past Thursday. So this past Thursday was my first weigh in and I lost 4.4 lbs.I was pretty happy. I have about 125 lbs to lose so I know I have a looooooong way to go, but this is a good start. I hope we can all encourage each other on this weight loss journey

I noticed your Jordan Knight avatar and location....you must be in the Boston area?? I am on the South Shore...I waited on Jordan Knight one day when he was buying diapers and formula at Babies R Us where I work! I didn't realize it was him until I handed him his receipt that showed his name lol! I've seen him there a couple of times but not in a while.

I didn't track as well as the week before and it was that time of month so I went on a carb fest the past couple days. I hate when I do that
It's another week now though so I am starting fresh today.
Our program here in Germany changed at the beginning of December and it appears as if the new program does not work for me... We did not have the weekly points before and I am a bit confused as to wether I should eat them or not. On the German WW forums a lot of people post that they lose better if they eat their weekly extra... What are your esperiences with it??
I won't be counting points while on vadation, but will try to make good choices. I am traveling with my sister and we are planning on splitting a lot of meals.
