Hello, WISH team!!!!
So sorry that I have been MIA and I feel really bad for making some of you worry (thanks for the e-mails Kristi and Carrie!), you guys are the best! Everything is going great with the baby, I'm getting HUGE, well at least I feel like I am, although I've been told by 2 different people today that I'm just now starting to show. Tomorrow morning is my sonogram, I am so excited to get to actually see the baby and find out what it is--hopefully, unless it's a rotten brat like me
. Then we're heading over to Babies 'R Us to start registering , I am so excited for that too.
So, why haven't I posted in forever? Yeah, I haven't done anything remotely athletic in weeks (sorry Bunnies!!) and I didn't really think you guys wanted to read about me lying on the couch eating Easter candy.
The weather here has been INSANE--2 weeks ago we got 12-14 inches of snow and then from Monday night until last night we got 5 inches of rain. Now we are dealing with flooding. Because of all that I haven't been outside in a long time and I just can't face the TM and since all my running clothes are too tight, I can't face going to the gym either. But today is the first day of spring
, so hopefully the weather will calm down and start cooperating. Stephen is doing good too, getting runs and bikes and swims in, he's just been crazy busy at work lately. Heck, I hardly ever see him.
I've tried to skim through the pages this week, but I am really behind, so I'll just say congrats with those keeping up with training and a big congrats for those who are covering new distances and conquering new challenges. I am really jealous that I'll never again have a new distance to cover, unless I train for an ultra-marathon and trust me, that isn't going to happen!
Cecilia--So sorry to hear about your dad.
I better get back to work, I took tomorrow off so I'm trying to get my desk cleared off before I leave at 5:00. I'll do better about keeping up with everyone and I'll definitely post tomorrow to let you whether I'm pink or blue.

. The cost of living in the Boston area is high, but everytime I return from London my first thought is, "you know, things are actually pretty cheap here
."
. We celebrate with dinner in Nottinghill, and spend 80 pounds on dinner, so somehow I came out behind on the whole thing. My true athletic passion is soccer, so this was a day I'll never forget. Attending the match with my 2 ladies, and all that took place that cold day.

You'll be totally fine for the race though. Just allow yourself the time to heal and rest....you've put the time in...your body is ready to run...just show up to that start line as healthy as you can!
WTG on the 4 miler on tired legs. And I think it's so cool that your princess #1 might have a training "play date." It's comforting to think that, with all that we read about children's obesity & sedentary lives & video games/TV, there are active kids out there, events for them, and supportive adults. WISH parents rock!
Panda Dave will clue you in...or not. Bwa-ha-ha. (C'mon, what did you expect with a name like Evil Genius? Cheerleader smilies?
Spring Break is almost over for us.
We had a great time, and actually got downtown safely. Cecilia, I read about your news of your dad while I was over there. So sorry to hear that. Sending prayers and PD
your way. BTW, I thought of you and Shan as I was driving out of town today. Not sure where y'all live, but I spread DIS Love
between 400 and 75, and all the way up 75. Hope it found ya'.
