WISH Check in Week of June 15

<b>Tiger Lily 03</b> I love your enthusiasm. Another two pounds gone forever! Way to go, cutie.

New Orleans is an easy place to stay on plan, my dh and I were there in February and were 100% on plan the whole time. No feelings of deprivation, either.

I'm so glad that your dh will be following Atkins now, too. It's just easier when you both are on the same plan. It has been very helpful for my husband and me. We keep each other motivated.

You will have to keep us posted on your dh's progress with this new lifestyle change. I can't wait to see how well he does.

Good job this week. You can be proud for two things...first you are a <b>loser</b> and headed toward goal and second, you have helped your husband find a way to improve his health. Be proud of yourself, we are all proud <i>of</i> you!

<b>Princess Michelle</b> With that positive attitude of yours that extra weight doesn't stand a chance! Your exuberance and enthusiasm makes me smile. Good job getting rid of a pound last week, the other two pounds will be gone soon taking a pound or two more with them, I'll bet.

Gained 2 pounds - wow am I glad that we don't have to take "special" clip art for gains - I'd be getting my 5 pound clippie this week :eek:

I'm not down though because I began Induction today!! My dh and my best friend are doing it with me!! Yipee!!

I have a good feeling about this and after reading about all of the success that other wishers have had on Atkins I'm ready to go!

Did pilates twice last week, too. My goal is to do it three times so I was close :) .

Great week everyone - keep those positive attitudes front and center :p .
 
<b>audflash</b> A new determination and a new beginning. Way to go! Following the same nutritional plan as your husband and best friend is going to help you be successful.

I'm proud of you for recognizing that you needed to try a more structured eating plan to lose weight. Sometimes we just need to be more careful with what we eat as well as exercising more.

I'm anxious to see how well you do with Atkins. My husband and I love it and have taken it as our lifetime eating plan.

Be proud of yourself--you are in control and on your way to goal.

I'm up 3lbs,:eek: but I expected it....

I am down another 3 pounds!! So at 16 pounds total I am only 4 pounds away from my updated goal of 20 by July 4th instead of Aug!!( Lost 3 more inches also!!!)



(I still would kill for a room full of Milk Duds!!!!;) )
 
Ok. I'm back on track after vacation. I gained around 4 lbs or so. I had my official weigh in at WW Tuesday night and am now just .8 lbs over my before vacation weight. I was extremely pleased with that. Hopefully I'll lose that and a little more by next weigh-in. Keep up the good work everyone. :D

I weighed in on 6/17 (haven't been able to get on the boards til this morning) and I have lost 6 more pounds for a total of 15pounds in 2 weeks!! I am so happy! I am staying on induction because I would like to lose some more before adding more carbs. I am not having any trouble staying on plan and I really don't feel as though I am missing anything!

Good Morning Everyone!

Well I had a very busy week last week and didn't get a minute to post, but I did have a loss of 3 1/2 lbs last week!

This week I lost another 3 lbs. for a total of 16.5 since joining wish on 5/10, and a total of 26.5 since becoming a diva on 4/23. Only 28.5 to go now! Almost half way there!

Excuse me now while I run off a grab my new clippie :bounce:

You are back, you are focused and you are on your way to goal. I'm proud of you for not dwelling on the past. That means you are a winner who doesn't give up and keeps moving forward despite little detours.

Well last week was a not so good week for me...I stayed the same, no loss, no gain...but this week more than made up for it! I am down another 5.6 pounds and my grand total for 10 weeks is TA DA......27 POUNDS!!!!!

Can you tell I'm just a little excited? My first small goal was 30 pounds by July 12th and now I know it's definately within reach. I still have a long way to go..but I'm setting myself small goals along the way. Now my biggest worry is....when I starting WW I said I was going to cut and color my hair when I lost 25 pounds...so now I have to decide how I want to have it done.
 
I forgot to check in this week. I actually lost a little weight. My exercise challenge is going well and I think that is the reason why I lost.

Went to the mall and bought some new clothes for my upcoming trip. Can't wait to wear them when I see my DIS friends.

Well I am only down about .5 this week, but that is good for me since I have not been able to exercise at all! In fact, I have barely been able to get out of bed! I have a terrible cold that has really knocked me off my feet, and I figured if I can't breathe sitting here in front of my computer, it's probably not a good idea to try and breathe on the elliptical either :D Congratulations to all you "losers". It seems like it's been a pretty successful week overall!!!
 
I'm a little late checking in but I lost 2lbs as of Sunday. I was a little curious though because I could feel a bit of a change so I weighed myself yesterday and lost another 3lbs!!

I'm well on my way to reaching my first goal of losing 20lbs before I go to DW in July. My DH is reluctant to get on the scale and is finding out that the cravings are tough (he's 2 weeks behind me on Atkins). I'm really surprised that I haven't been more tempted to blow out. I made biscuits for dinner two nights ago for my kids and made them smaller than usual so I ate one (okay I really had two) but I felt so bloated I couldn't eat any more and didn't want to either.

Here's hoping for another losing week.

Bouncing in true Tigger style today as I claim my 20 pound clippie! I tried like the Dickens to get Tiggerlover's old 20 pound clippie for such a long time, but inched my way along. This week I lost 3.5 pounds WOW, so I am officially down 20.5 pound since starting WISH!!!! That is amazing to me! I weighed 138.5 today. Ross is down 15.5 pounds and he's in ONEderland for the first time in about 8 years, weighing in at 199.5!!! I am so proud of him! :)

Oh thank goodness I can finally get back here! I've missed you all so much. The scale said gained one this morning, but I'm convinced it is the BF coming to visit. Hooray for all the losers this week - even though I'm not one of them.
 
I am :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: with joy this morning. I had my WI and am happy to report that I am down 1.5 pds. this week. I am finally in the 140's (149.5) and am so happy. My July 4th mini-goal on Annie's thread was to get my 10# clippie and I am only 2 pds from that. I think that I should be able to meet it, anyway I'm saying "I know I can, I know I can".

I have another challenge now, since I am below 150, my point range changes in WW, so that will take some adjusting, but I know I can do it.

Thanks for all the support here. I am a very resistant loser, Dr Atkins would wonder why it takes me so long to lose following his plan, I don't know, I don't care, I am thrilled the 20 pounds are gone.
