Tiger Lily 03 I love your enthusiasm. Another two pounds gone forever! Way to go, cutie.
New Orleans is an easy place to stay on plan, my dh and I were there in February and were 100% on plan the whole time. No feelings of deprivation, either.
I'm so glad that your dh will be following Atkins now, too. It's just easier when you both are on the same plan. It has been very helpful for my husband and me. We keep each other motivated.
You will have to keep us posted on your dh's progress with this new lifestyle change. I can't wait to see how well he does.
Good job this week. You can be proud for two things...first you are a loser and headed toward goal and second, you have helped your husband find a way to improve his health. Be proud of yourself, we are all proud of you!
Princess Michelle With that positive attitude of yours that extra weight doesn't stand a chance! Your exuberance and enthusiasm makes me smile. Good job getting rid of a pound last week, the other two pounds will be gone soon taking a pound or two more with them, I'll bet.
It is so helpful to stay motivated and determined when you have a positive attitude. Your great attitude certainly keeps me motivated. Thank you
Be proud of yourself--you are on your way to goal!
FFerret You've lost 8 pounds? Woo Hoo!!! Now, that is success. Look how well you are doing. That 10 pound loss clipart is practically in your signature already.
Keep this up and you will be at goal in no time at all. Way to go, my friend, I'm proud of you. I hope you are feeling proud of yourself!
Chim Chiminy Welcome to WISH! Did you take the WISH challenge? I missed you, if you did
I'm glad to see you here, it sounds like you are doing great. Losing four pounds in one week is terrific progress. Good job!
You should be feeling pretty proud of yourself, I'm sure proud of you.
ohMom WOO HOO!!! Great feeling isn't it? I love thwarting that silly bloat fairy
Good job!
You must be almost to goal now. The last photo of you was pretty trim looking. At the rate you are going you will be at goal and sporting that gorgeous red clipart very soon.
Be proud of yourself. You help keep me motivated and determined and I'm very proud of you.
aurora19 YIPPEEEEE!!! Another pound gone forever and you've got a shiny new clipart. That 15 pound loss clippie really looks good on you.
How does it feel to be a success? Feels pretty good, doesn't it? I'm so happy and proud for you--I hope you are feeling proud of yourself!

AlreadyexcitedGrammy WOO HOO!!! Another pound gone forever. You are just relentlessly working your way to goal, Bebr. Good job.
Go buy some new clothing, you have earned a reward like that...but just don't buy too many garments at the size you are right now...you will just have to go out pretty soon and buy more in an even smaller size. You are just doing so well. I'm so happy and proud for you. You'd better be feeling proud of yourself, too. You are a success!
Thanks for the extra motivation Bebr, you are helping me stay determined
I do so appreciate it when one of my WISH pals posts to the checkin thread. You don't realize how much strength you give me just by posting how you did the previous week. It's an amazing phenomenon but it helps me a lot.
Onward and downward!
