TGIF!!
Ok, so I actually started WW on Monday so my weigh in for them isn't until this coming up Monday but so far for today's weigh in here, I am down 3.5 pounds. I always tend to lose a lot of weight the first few weeks on any new diet and then it tapers off.
I'm still trying to read and understand how everything works here on the thread. I did PM my weight to Lisa this morning and hopefully my name will be put on the challenge participate list. I'm excited but I could use all the support I can get, lol! I LOVE sweets and Diet Coke is my absolute worst enemy!!
I also went out and treated myself to some new running shoes and hope to be putting those into good use here really, really soon. I miss running!
