Flossbolna -That must be annoying!! One tip on how to save what you have written: Just before you hit "submit reply", highlight all the text you have written and copy it. This way it will still be in your computer's memory. If then the DIS crashes on you, you just go back to the thread, open a reply window and paste it into it. I do that regularly with longer posts. Just as a safety measure. Hope this makes sense!
Flossbolna - your point is what really makes me crazy - I think to myself better copy this before it poofs and then it poofs before I copy

2. Journaling what I eat through MyFitnessPal (MFP)
3. Having accountability friends & doing my part in the group (encouraging, cheering, saying get your buns moving, etc)
Forgot to mention yesterday that I have new walking shoes - what a difference it made - my feet were thanking me!
It is a georgeous day in Dayton, OH - I plan to be outside as soon as it warms up a bit - WISHing everyone a great day, weekend & Columbus Day holiday especially if you are fortunate enough to have the day off work!
