Willing to share-

yes - i did medifast for about 2 months (May and June) and have been doing WW since then!
PM me if you want to know more about medifast - it's awesome and i have a great online leader - no meetings or anything like that.
I also started working out - but doing mostly weights rather than aerobic exercise - it's working well for me :)

Thanks so much for the tips - i just got them!

Medfast thats a new one. I work for Weight watchers part time I could never have done it with out the meetings. I lost 43 pounds 5 years ago!

I typed up a pretty little tip & idea sheet for my family. Ideas I have collected from these boards all typed and ready to print(word document). I would be more then happy to share just email me jenniww@verizon.net with WDW tips in the subject line.

I made that list for our January 2008 trip! We were there January 2007 and had such a good time. I wanted to take my youngest again before the magic was gone:cheer2: Have a great time!
