Will this be a problem?

Our flight leaves at 12:50 when we get back to Port Canaveral, We take the DCL bus back to the airport, will this be pushing it with customs and security?

You will probably be on the bus back to airport by 9:00 (even 8:00 if you have early seating/breakfast) the latest so I think you will have enough time to get through security. Security at Orlando airport seems to move very quickly. Lines look long but are organized. The line to check IDs and tickets then divides into multiple lines.

We did not leave the ship until after 8:40, we got through customs, through airport check-in and on to the bus before 9:00. We were the first family on the bus, waited for the bus to fill, and still made it to the airport around 10:00. You should have plenty of time.
