My BF and I will be going to WDW May 2-9. I am going to buy our tickets online from disney as I will use my disney visa rewards card to pay for them. I am nervous about having them mailed and not getting them in time. On the other hand I have not had any experience with using the will call. Anyone have any advice or experience? Thanks for the help!

Will-Call works great. We were in the same situation, and I figured that there was a much better chance of me or the postal service losing the tickets than something going wrong with will call. Just remember to bring your confirmation #. I put it in mulitple places: scrap of paper in wallet, camera bag, stored in cell phone, etc.

We did will call for our MVMCP tickets, I assume will call works the same for all types of tickets. Like ricktib said, you have to have your confirmation # to pick up your tickets, and you will also need to show the drivers license of the person who actually ordered the tickets. You may need to have the credit card you reserved the tickets under as well, I can't remember if I had to show my credit card, but it might not be a bad idea to have it with you, just in case. I hope all of this helps, have a magical vacation, we may run into you, DH and I will be there April 29-May 8. :cheer2: :cheer2:

Another vote for will call. It's one last thing I have to worry about packing, although I did make a couple of copies of the confirmation #.

Another vote here. I was apprehensive first time I did it, but it works - in fact will be calling in a few minutes to arrange for my AP to be waiting for me!!!!

Sorry to jump in on your post. But I was wondering where you pick up the "will call" tickets? Can you order them online ahead of time, and pay for them with credit card and pick up at hotel when you check in? Or do you pick them up at gate?
Thank you for any responses.

I ordered AP's the week before our January 2005 vacation and did "will call" because there was no way they would get here in time by mail. We went to the ticket counter at MK and had our tickets in hand just as fast as if we had the AP voucher. We did the AP voucher thru the Disney store the last time we bought AP's and since you still have to exchange them for the actual ticket "will call" works just as well. You can't order vouchers for AP's thru the Disney Store anymore since they are not owned by Disney.

We actually saved money on our AP's by ordering at the end of December, because by the time we got down there it was January 2, 2005 and the price of each AP had gone up $20. We save $40 by ordering ahead and using "will call". :)

you can pick up will call either at the resort, or at the park.... whichever you prefer to arrange

Another vote for Will Call!

Although I have never personally ordered tickets for Will Call, I have been on the other side of the window, and pulled them up. It's easiest with your confirmation #, or even better, if you have the print-out with the bar code from Disney when you ordered online. If you only have your driver's licence, they can still be found... just takes a little longer.

I would be to afraid the tix would get lost or delayed in the mail personally.

Our first "disney" day will be either Disney Quest or Typhoon Lagoon. We're staying offsite. Can the tickets be picked up at DQ or TL?....Or, can they be picked up at DTD?

Thanks
