We used a HOHO bus tour of Paris once. Just a warning ... the traffic is really bad in Paris, at least when we went. If your time is short, the HOHO bus will eat up all your time because it'll get stuck in traffic. That was our experience a few years ago.

Great question. What has happened for us on previous cruises is that whoever has a room change lets the coordinator know onboard and the coordinator posts an update notice on their cabin door - so when you're delivering and you come to a cabin that you think you're supposed to drop off at and there's not a FE there, then you'll know to check for a cabin change notice. So it's important to know the coordinator's cabin number.

As I said, that's just how we've had it happen in the past, but I'm sure it's handled differently by other groups. I guess it's up to LLLPath how she wants to handle it.

Also done in the past is that someone at the first meet and greet will have the FE list and keep track of upgrades, so everyone should check with that person for upgrades. When we have upgraded at the port, we have tried to post a note on our old room saying where our new room is. Is someone going to have an change list posted on their door? I always check that first when delivering FE's.

A note of caution, we are not the only group who uses fish extenders, so just seeing a FE does not mean they are part of our group. I always check that a room is on the list, if not, check to see if there are any identifying magnets on the door that I recognize as part of our group, thinking it could be a room change or upgrade.
