Got through around 9:06 waited 18 minutes or so, but still on hold...can't book 2008 ressies due to "sysem glitch...so standing by.....

Are people waiting longer than the estimated time? I am through but it said that the estimated wait time was 15 min. and that was 13 min. ago. I have to leave to bring my daughter to school!!!! She has never been tardy and we have to leave in 10 min.!!!

My "up to 15 minutes" was right about 15 minutes. The CM said they are going NUTS right now - but she was very sweet. When she gave me my confirmation number she said "Yaaaaayy!!" LOL!

got my ressie as well, not sure if it's as busy as it has been for the last hour... but for those still trying to get through... DW and I were were on hold on both the 800 number and the 407 number, and the 800 number picked up long before the 407 number...


That's to say we got through on the 407 number and were on hold for about 15-20 minutes before getting through on the 800 number, but were able to speak to MS on the 800 number after about 10 minutes of being on hold... and the 407 number was still on hold
