Who was your salesperson?

Haven't seen Mike Brunson mentioned yet. We met him on our last day at WDW 1/1/04. Extremely helpful, not at all pushy, and very friendly. Since the DVC tours were booked for the day and we had no appointment we were thrilled that he not only came out to meet us with an info packet/video, but he personally escorted us thru the models for a quick view. Needless to say, we loved it. Two weeks later when Mike called we asked a few more questions and he simply told us to think on it and give him a call when we were ready. We purchased at SSR a few days later. Would highly recommend Mike Brunson to anyone!

I haven't seen a mention of Kelly Jo Williamson yet. Does anyone else have her? Very nice person, and very helpful. Pretty good at returning phone calls.

Bernard was ours. We look forward to stopping in to say hello to him during our trip in June. I hope we can fight off the urge to do a add-on!!

Finally...someone else with Bernard!! Besides you, I only know one other person--and that makes a total of three :teeth:

He is a really nice guy ;) Have fun!

:wave2:

Our guide is Tony Heard... haven't seen him mentioned yet, either... he was NO PRESSURE, no bs when we bought BCV in March 2002. He's awesome! He was so helpful, and always was there to answer my questions about financing and general DVC guidelines....

Bernard here too!!!!!::yes:: ::yes::

P.S. Hey Bernard, if you happen to read this...........the Cartwright's will be checking into BCV in a week. We'd love to meet you while we're in the neighborhood!!:wave2:

The first rep that I spoke with was Ricardo Quiroz and he was great. Unfortunately when we arrived at WDW in November 2003 and made arrangements to visit the model, Ricardo wasn't working. Fortunately we met Dave Kreutzer who took us through the whole spiel. He was wonderful, but he didn't finish the sale because my husband and I didn't bring our Driver's license along, so we returned the next day to have a 3rd rep finish the sale. I don't remember her name, but she was nice too.

When we returned home we had messages on our machine from both Ricardo and Dave welcoming us home.

Julie Hughes here too. We like her a lot and was very helpful to us both with our initial purchase and our add on.

Our guide was Mary Mannix. Our first purchase was back in 2000 at BWV. We've added on twice since then and she handled them.

After our initial purchase when we made our first trip, she called to enusre everything was okay!

Very personable lady!

Julie Hughes was (is) our salesperson. We purchased back in '94 and added on a few years ago. Whenever we talk she still remembers to ask about the family. Very nice and no pressure.

Our original guide in '97 was Meagan Butler. She was great! We had one of these discussions on this board several years ago, and someone said something about her that wasn't too flattering. I posted back and expressed how she had been great for us - and she called me at work to thank me for my comments! Yes - they DO read these boards!! :)

She left DVC, and we were re-assigned to Celeste Chaffaut. Lovely lady - would love to meet her in person some day - maybe for another add-on? :)

Our first guide in 1995 was Bob Minegan (sp?). He was very patient for the three months it took us to buy in. When he left, Betty P. became our guide and she has been great with an OKW add-on in 1999 and our BWV purchase last August.

Bernard LeBeaupin.

The guy is great. Every time we are on site, there's a voice message waiting from him on the phone - checking that everything is alright and letting us know when he'll be in the office during our stay if we need to discuss anything.

It's been almost 4 years since we bought our membership. When we did buy, I met with him during a trip in January. Then decided to buy later that year in August. He got us the lower pricing, offered excellent financing (though we just paid the whole thing outright), and we did just about the whole thing through e-mail.

For a period of time, we were interested in BCV before they were even completed. I called and asked him to get our name on whatever pre-sales list they were keeping. He kept us posted all along. Unfortunately, we didn't buy at BCV when they finally started selling (used the money on something else), but, he still kept us posted all along, gave us first crack at the points when they started selling and continues to stay in touch and communicate with us.

That is a great salesperson.

Doug Wrapp,

Add him to the list, I don't think anyone has mentioned him.

Purchased SSR from him last year, great with the kids, pins, sweets and an all round nice guy. No pressure at all, and says he was a member (not sure if that was sales talk though).

Cannot believe no one else has mentioned him.

::yes:: Everytime we've been down there he's done that for us too! It's really nice to have a guide that does the small things--they matter! :teeth:

I orginally started out with Marc Turner and was totally turned off!! I was on vacation in 2002 and we were there for two weeks, went there to get to know DVC while we were there. He is definitely in the sales gimmick.

I called and demanded a change and now have Patti Douglas. She is wonderfull. She is a very busy person, but always returns phone calls. Also on her voice mail, if she is off she will notify that in her message. I recommend her to anyone, no pressure, etc. The other thing that I really like about Patti is that she does not just jump into that dvc conversation, it is how are you and how have you been. From my understanding she has also been there from day one.

I bought SSR Oct 2003 and I am very happy that I changed sales reps. It totally changed my view on the DVC ownership all together!! I have never met Patti, but maybe I will stop in on my 1st vacation home!!

Go patti go!!

An I definitely agre that patti is great!!!::yes::

Bettie Pleasant....and she lived up to her last name too. We never actually met her as we bought site unseen but she was so nice over the phone. She was very patient with all the questions. She is no longer at DVC.:(

Ricardo is ours and he is GREAT!!!!!!!!! We bought through him on our cruise and we kept in contact after we returned, as he had an ill family member and so did we. He was very helpful and very kind in a time when we are excited about our purchase and so very stressed about my dad. He is the best!!!!!!!!!!!

Rafael Massa is our guide. He was very patient and not high pressure. With our original purchase 4 years ago, we sat with him for 4 hours. We made up for it with our add on last year. I was on the phone with him for 5 minutes....long enough to give him my Visa number ;)
