Who was your salesperson?

Doesn't anybody else have Darren? His name hasn't been mentioned and we thought he was GREAT!!! Very patient, informative, and super helpful. Very, very nice w/ no b.s.

I haven't seen Susan Schell mentioned yet.

She handled our initial purchase and two add-ons very well. Really friendly, knowledgable, and quick to return phone calls. She's even called us from her home in the evenings, on weekends, etc. because she was going to be away for a few days and wanted to call us back before she left.

Last time we saw her was on our Disney Magic cruise in October.

Our DVC Guide is Randy Kruger, great person and will not rush you into anything that you don't want to do.very low pressure guide, and he will callback ASAP too.:D :earsboy:

Our salesperson was also Ricardo Quiroz. We bought BCV in the summer of 2002, and in the midst of our negotiations, Ricardo became the father of triplets. There were a few days when things came to a standstill! We have not heard from him since our closing. Will arrive next Friday for our first trip home. Can't wait! Packing this weekend.

Judy Kaufman was our guide. She was wonderful, I had called her many times with questions and she was always very helpful. She made sereval follow-up calls after we bought. I felt no pressure to buy while I spoke with her she made it so easy and stress free.

I met with Marc at Hilton Head in 1998, but did not buy into DVC. He kept in contact over the years and I bought through him for SSR this past October. I was surprised to not see his name mentioned. Does anyone know if he is still with DVC. I thought that he was one of the few their since day one. He is very nice.

Marc Turner is our guide also and is doing very well at WDW now.He has been with DVC since the beginning. He has been on the Disney Magic a few times the past 2-3 months.
He is very good and professional.::yes::

for Karen Guyder...love her!

Nick Tamberrino was our guide......anyone else? We originally toured in 1998, but did not buy. He called a few times, no pressure, to check in on us. In 2000, we decided to buy in and called....and were happy that he was the one that they had return our call! He was great....no pressure at all. He helped us book our first trip also, since we wanted to go right away!
Doeas anyone else have him? Is he still there?

Roland Lammers.

The only times we've spoken were when we met (the day we toured and bought) and when I called to add on. Narry a peep out of him otherwise.

OT but, we have had the same experience with our guide. Are most of them this way or does someone else have a different experience? I think we will try to stop in and say Hi this year though.

Just curious,

We had Linda Streetman and she is so nice and personable! Not too high pressure at all. We said "no" 2 years in a row and finally bought this year! At the last minute, we stopped by an Open House booth in Downtown Disney and signed up to go on a tour the next morning and Linda had driven down from Corporate headquarters to meet with us! I thought that was really nice and I was glad to finally meet her, as I had only talked to her on the phone.

Bernard was ours. We look forward to stopping in to say hello to him during our trip in June. I hope we can fight off the urge to do a add-on!!

Glen Wilson signed us up in March 2002, and has handled all three of our add ons, we never felt any pressure whatsoever!!!

Betty P for us also. She was very low/no pressure. She called us a few times when we used our points at DVC resorts. Usually we were out, but she would leave a message hoping we were enjoying our vacation and being DVC members. She called us at home a few times to let us know about available points and specials.....again no pressure to add on.

When we did decide to add on, it was done over the phone with no problems at all!

So far, looks like no one has mentioned Ken Bradshaw... he handled our purchase on board the Magic last December. Totally no pressure! He has called us a couple of times since; once to remind us that our second part of our deposit was going to be charged to our MC soon, and another because he thought we had mentioned thinking about booking something for next month.

The whole gang they had on board the Magic then was really nice... Tony was the other guy and now I can't remember the woman who was manning the desk. If my husband were here, he'd remember.

Marc Turner is our guide- low pressure, informative, very friendly. He returned a call rather quickly when we had a question. We happily bought SSR and had everything go smoothly and quickly. We didn't know at the time but he called Flying Fish for us to let them know we were running a bit late for a PS!
Marc is great!

Another family with Glen Wilson as DVC guide. What really impressed me is that he had a solo taking the tour, yet he was so informative, loaded me up with all the info to take home to DH, and very willing to answer questions-paid off in the end for him since we bought, but I was so afraid when I went to take the tour solo that the sales person wouldn't take me as a serious prospective buyer. And he always returns calls promptly.

We had Glen Wilson, also. He is a super nice guy. The tour and presentation was low key and very little pressure.

I plan to call him in a few weeks and set up an appointment to see SSR.
