Good evening!!:wave2:

We just got home a little while from my niece's 8th grade graduation and party afterwards. I can't believe she's going to be in high school......how time flies.:hourglass

Dznyfan:: I hope your ear infection disappears soon and you can do your diving without complications. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.:goodvibes

YourMajesty:: I hope you sinus crud gets better. Sounds like you are going to be busy with baseball games for a while!!

Linda:: Oh, dear!!! Kenny's escapades on the school bus with the ink pen had me rolling!!!:rotfl2: I can just picture his cute little face, with cat whiskers and all!!!!:lmao: Sorry.....just gotta laugh!!!

Amber:: Don't forget to buy those lottery tickets!!:cheer2: :thumbsup2
I must comment on your posting "nemesis". I've read her threads where she's complained about the "riff-raff" on the dining plan and the "thugs" at Universal. She's a piece of work, for sure.....kind of like a train wreck; you just can't help yourself.popcorn:: :sad2:

Ashley:: I hope Ruby gets to feeling better.

Lesa:: I hope Maddie is feeling better.

Well, I better head to nighty-night for the evening.:cloud9: See you all at breakfast.

Lyzziesmom, I was wondering how your brother was doing...I can't believe they didn't put him out for his surgery!!! I'm like you- I won't even be awake for a tooth extraction. Actually, I would like to be put out for any type of dentist work if they allowed me ;) I would've been terrified that I could feel whatever was going on. How do they even numb you for that?? :confused3 Everytime I go to Petco I end up spending way too much money!!! You are right, mice do like company. When I had two they always snuggled and played together. When one of mine died the other was very depressed!! Be very careful about those add on's for the cage- I've had many hamsters & mice figure a way out because of those. Make sure they are attached properly!! They make so many cute things for them, don't you think!

Good morning, Crew!! Woo-Hoo!!! TGIF!!!:woohoo:
It's a chilly morning here today. The temp is in the low 40's.:cold: I think it's supposed to start warming up tomorrow.
How about a hot cup of coffee or cocoa to get us going? I've got some warm cinnamon raisin bread ready and waiting; warm out of the oven.

I hope everyone has a Philharmagic Friday!!!:smickey: :donald:

It's FRIDAY! And two weeks from today, I'll be at our airport, waiting to board a plane! (not that anyone's counting or anything...)

Donna, that bread looks scrumptious! Thanks!

Where was Underdog with our snack last night? Doesn't he know that we cliqueless get used to being fed on a regular basis?

DznyFan: that's crazy that you didn't even know you had ear infections! I've thought I had them and it turned out to be just sinus crud. I've been lucky that my kids don't really get them - well Lyzzie did once and we were both so miserable.
I didn't! They don't hurt or anything. I did notice that when I went crawdad diving over the weekend they would hurt when I went down to the bottom of the deep end, but I didn't think anything of it. That's kind of the way I am, though - I could have an arm lopped off and I'd just keep on goin'!

Doesn't that just remind you of the black knight in Monty Python and the Holy Grail?

Yay for your little mouse - new digs! (that's been one expensive free mouse, huh?)

It's going to be another BEAUTIFUL day here, but I'm stuck in an office all day while the boss goes out golfing this afternoon. :confused3 What's up with that?

Good Morning

Dznyfan, only two weeks!! I hope your ear infections go away soon. :wizard:

Lyzziesmom, my uncle had mice when he was younger. The "cage" took up a whole wall in his room. The thing was HUGE. He did have several mice though.

Ashley, I hope Ruby feels better.

It's calling for rain here. Yesterday was so nice and I was stuck at work. I want to do some gardening this weekend, but other than that I have no real plans. What about everyone else?

Have a great day!!!!

Thank You!
Are you going to graduation tonight? (for your babysitter/adopted daughter?) Erin's already left - with 2 packs of travel kleenex! I don't think there's enough kleenex in the world for me next year!!

No, we didn't go to the graduation last night. April told us that we didn't have to come. Plus, she is having a big celebration tomorrow afternoon that we are going to go to.

There was another girl graduating from BA last night that we know. Her name is Tiffany Kirkland - she is one of the boys' councilors at the Boys and Girls Club. She's a sweetheart too.

Did Erin say that it was nice?

Thanks for Breakfast Donna!!!

What's on tap for the weekend? We have a pretty busy weekend coming up. Tonight Chase and I have a baseball game at 6:00 pm. And because of the baseball game, we are going to miss the BIG PARTY that the swim team is having tonight. I gave Chase the option of missing the game and going to the swim team party, but he chose to play in the game. If the game gets over quickly, we might be able to make it to the party for the last half hour or so.

Tomorrow.......make-up baseball game at 10:00 am. Regular scheduled baseball game at 1:00 pm. April's graduation party from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. And then one of my cousin's son's graduation party from 5:00 - 8:00. whew!!!

Sunday.......another make-up baseball game at 2:30 pm. (plus another regular scheduled game Monday).

We have 5 baseball games to play in the next 4 days. I don't know how the boys are going to handle this.

I finally found my Photopass cards - I couldn't remember where I quickly stashed them before getting on the ME bus back to the airport! If any of you want to see our Photopass pictures, PM me with your email address. And please ignore the picture of me in my swimsuit - I didn't know Blizzard Beach has photographers!!

PM sent.....

I'm sure your boys will do fine - they just might be a little tired once the weekend is over. You've got one busy weekend planned!!

Good Morning!

Thanks for breakfast Donna!

Pozey- Wow, you are definitely going to be busy this weekend!

Lyzziesmom-Oreo sure is spoiled!!! ;)

Last night I went to Hobby Lobby and bought some cute stickers to put in my Disney scrapbook. They have a ton of Disney scrapbooking supplies! I could have spent a fortune there.

Have a great Friday everyone!

I think Ruby might have a little cold.

I think this season of American Idol has been pretty bad.
Hope Ruby is ok. I agree..the whole season hasn't been that great and I don't care who wins.

I'm not just saying that because Justin Timberlake is in it, well, maybe a little bit )[/SIZE]
 maybe a little bit;)

I don't think there's enough kleenex in the world for me next year!!

it's just been kind of boring!
Oh, I can imagine next year:sad: lots of kleenex's!!!

Yeah, AI has been kind of boring this year. See what happens...I started watching last year...and this year was a dud.:rolleyes1

We stopped at KFC which turned out to be a total waste. The chicken was so wet I couldn't eat it. I think they inject them with water to make them more moist and plump, but it was just watery and gross.

my brother got through his knee replacement yesterday

Lyzzie and I were talking today about how silly she used to be.
ewww.that kfc don't sound so good:scared: ! Hope your brother is doing ok after his surgery. I would want to be out too!!! It is funny to see how they see the world when they're so little:cloud9:

Linda:: Oh, dear!!! Kenny's escapades on the school bus with the ink pen had me rolling!!!:rotfl2: I can just picture his cute little face, with cat whiskers and all!!!! Sorry.....just gotta laugh!!!
I did too:rotfl2: I just wish he would have taken a pix, but I think he was too mad too:rolleyes1

Thanks for Breakfast Donna!!!

LALALALALALA I didn't hear that:lmao: sorry, just trying to save myself some $$$:rotfl2: I tend to go a little crazy on scrapbook stuff.

Tomorrow Kenny has tball pix and then his first game:cheer2: then I want to take him to see Shrek the 3rd if his dad doesn't pick him up tonight;)

Hi everyone. I talked to Lyzzie's dad this morning and he had some big news... he's got himself a new girlfriend and he's already got her knocked up. I don't know what to think about this. The man is 39 years old, has no job and lives at home. He already has (at least) two children - Lyzzie he pays minimal child support for and has visited her once in 5 years. His other DD he pays no child support and does not see her since the mother moved out of state. He has been with the new GF for about 5 weeks. He says she "adores" him and they are going to be together and they are very happy about this... hello, it's only been 5 weeks!! Of COURSE it's all going great, you don't even know each other yet!! It just makes me so mad that he is so excited about this, and yet doesn't take care of the kids he already has. It's not fair to Lyzzie that she has siblings she'll never know - it's bad enough she barely knows her dad. I guess it's really none of my business, but it just makes me so mad and sad. It feels like he's just running around doing whatever he wants and thinking life is just all fun & games & babies, while I'm stuck doing all the dirty work. I don't know why I am taking this so personally, it really has nothing to do with me but it's doesn't seem fair to Lyzzie.

So that's pretty much been my day, hearing the news and trying to process it. Later this evening we are going to the Girl Scout year-end party - I'm hoping to get home in time to watch the new Bingo show, I've got my cards printed out and everything but I forgot to set the DVR to record it! Then tomorrow it's off to the amusement park, my dad decided he wants to come with us. Should be fun! (That's about 70% sarcasm, in case you couldn't see it in there.) Sunday is hopefully going to be a day for laundry, scrapbooking and relaxing. The weather is supposed to be nice all weekend, low 80s and sunny, yay!! It's really nice out there right now, in fact way too nice to be cooped up here in the office paying bills.

lyzziesmom:hug: of coarse its your business, you have a child by him, that he's NOT really supporting imho;) 5 WEEKS!!! How does he even know its his:confused3 in 5 weeks time they met, got pregnant and already she knows she's pregnant...that's unusual! I knew I was pregnant that early but I was TRYING...taking ovulation tests and knew exactly what day I was ovulating and what day I would be late, if I would be late:confused: sounds crazy to me!! even if it is his...you're right, its not fair to Lyzzie or his other kids that hes not even taking care of!!! My dad was like that...he had me and my sister...and took off when I was 3...I have a 1/2 brother whom I've never met and who knows how many other 1/2 siblings I have and don't even know it. He never paid a PENNY in child support!!! But, he was diagnosed w/paranoid schizophrenia, so ....:confused3 I accept that he has a terrible illness and that is just the way it was meant to be. Lyzzie is so lucky to have you and Emma in her life:hug: Your parents are there for her too. I know, its still enough to make you angry regardless!!!!:grouphug:

I can't believe this. I just got a registered letter from an attorney. The little old man that cause the accident (barely a tap on his fender) is suing me.:sad2: Now I don't know what to do. I didn't turn it in to my insurance because the damage was only $400.:sad2: Just what I needed is another problem to deal with.:sad1:

Lizziesmom...I agree with Linda, it sounds kind of fishy to me that it has only been 5 weeks and they know she is prego. You and Lizzy are lucky to have him out of your lives.:grouphug:

you're kidding me Lesa:scared1: what in the world can he be suing for:sad2: don't get too worried. I'm sure your lawyer, or your insurance co.'s lawyer can take care of it. Even though you didn't claim it, I'd still call your insurance co. and ask them about it. They should still cover the claim since it was an auto accident right? You covered his damage, but he must be suing for something other than that. Since I'm sure he was really harmed badly:rolleyes: and was right at the hospital and didn't seek treatment. Sorry, just sounds frivilous(sp?) to me!! A kid tried to sue me when I was 17...and my insurance would not pay. He kept seeing a chiropractor over and over and over...racked up thousands in bills and had to quit going since insurance wouldn't settle, he quit going and then we were able to prove he was full of BS! they paid for his car and VERY little more than that, like next to nothing. His dad was a chiropractor ;) Good luck Lesa:hug: I'm sure you can prove he's full of bull!

Not kidding!:sad2: This is the old man I had to keep ushering back to his car because he kept stepping out in traffic and the same old man I had to beg the officer to stop traffic so he could get back on the road safely. The same old man that on the way home almost ran up a curb. Our cars barely connected, his had a slight dent if any mine nothing, the only reason I stopped was I saw he was a little old man and was just continuing stay stopped in the middle of the road. I wonder if I turn it into my insurance now, if they will pay me back for what I paid to have his bumper fixed. What bothers me most is this will now go on my record, and besides that it irks me that he should not have his licence to begin with.

The kids father was a chiropractor and the kid was suing for office visits.

lyzziesmom......I agree with everything Linda said.

Hugs, prayers, and pixie dust to you and Lyzzie (and Emma too).

Lyzziesmom- Wow, shocking news! I agree with Linda-Is he sure it's his?

Lesa- That's terrible that the old man is suing you!:sad2:

When I read the letter I started sobbing and inhaled part of my salad I was eating, now I have lettuce stuck in the back of my throat. I wonder if I can sue him?!?!
