The food saver has got to be the best thing going! We drive to Strasburgh, Ohio to purchase beef, and pork. It come from local farms, and is VERY fresh when it's purchased on Saturday. After we purchase 50 to 60 lbs. of different cuts, we drive to Kidron, Ohio for chicken. After loading up another 50 lbs. of breasts, and quarters we head for home. It takes a while to get it all sealed in the food saver bags and get it the freezer, but it's well worth it. :thumbsup2

My feet get cold too!!! Right now I had to go turn the heat down......I think I'm having a hot flash. :scared:

Kenny and I baked some choc. chip cookies too! He just wanted to play in the dough. He only took one bite of a cookie :crazy:

I love warm fresh cookies out of the oven. Not to mention it makes the house smell so good

Mike told someone he was thinking of getting a winter time only job b/c it's cold and he gets too bored... I told him we wouldn't have that problem in a warmer climate

but he wasn't buying it. Darn!

I told him that lyzziesmom booked another trip today, and she got the AP. He asked me why we didn't get those :rotfl:

Ummm $$$ if you don't go enough to get your $ worth...it's a waste...I'd LOVE to get a AP and get some good use out of it though

Oh, I wanted to add .....with all the '08 cruise talk yesterday and today, that Oct. 17, 2008 will be mine and Gary's 20th wedding anniversary. He's pretty open to the suggestion of a cruise, but insisted that Nathan go along, too. Like I'd go on a cruise and leave him home!!! This past Feb. is the first time I've ever been anywhere without him!!! Anyway, just thought I'd mention that.
