This past Wednesday I was out at Bonita Beach sitting there at the right place, right time. About 3pm, dolphins showed up at the beach. Dolphins are always around but this was my first time seeing them come right up to the beach.

When we were at Hilton Head a few weeks ago, we saw Dolphins in the ocean from the Beach House. I've seen dolphins there before, but never that many!

This is a good time of year to see manatee in the springs, too. We went to Blue Spring State park a few years ago and it was just amazing!! Hundreds of manatee in the spring!

When I was a little girl, we lived near a canal. My mom would buy a head of cabbage and take me to the canal and I'd feed the manatees that lived there. I did not realize at the time what a privilege that was.

We are in Ft Lauderdale & I wanna see some sealife so bad, time will tell. Might need an aquarium

I used to live near Blue Springs… back then you could swim with them, but not approach. They could approach you if curious. Beautiful creatures….

I’m sure if you take a little boat ride you’ll come across some sharks out there! Too bad we can’t post video -I got some great shots of whales playing while we were out on the boat(off Rhode Island, not down there)
