Where outside the parks can we see fireworks?

We are staying at Disney with DVC but going to Universal during the day. We have dinner at various Disney resorts but since we won't be going inside a park, where else can I go to see some fireworks?

California Grill, Narcoosee's and Ohana's. You can always just go to the beach at the Poly, grab a drink and enjoy the show.

We have sat on the bench right outside the main gates into MK. We can hear the music and then be the first in line to get on the bus back to our DVC resort.
